In the Bas de Bas vineyards’ idyllic surroundings, near a small town Skradin, two restored stone houses stand out, which have been turned into magical dream holiday villas. They are divided by a garden filled with Mediterranean flora, as well as a 75-square-meter pool. Welcome to the Bas de Bas estate.

Each house is an apartment building, and the look is almost identical. The ground floor is reserved for the living room – kitchen, dining room, living room, living room, and bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with a gallery, while the other house has an additional bedroom. The bedrooms have a beautiful view through the glass facade of the pool and vineyard.

The first villa’s interior is about 90 square meters and contains a fully equipped kitchen with spices, tea, and coffee makers. The living room contains a multimedia collection with movies and music for every taste and book collection. Upstairs is a spacious bedroom featuring a safe, bathrobes, slippers, sleeping masks, and everything guests might need on a dream vacation. The beautiful villa also has a living room to relax with the scents and sounds of nature.

The second two-bedroom villa is about 94 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, living room with multimedia library, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two twin beds.

Both villas are air-conditioned, have internet access, and guests have access to a mobile phone with important telephone numbers and information.

The Bas de Bas estate price includes daily cleaning, basic groceries, linen change every four days, and a welcome package that includes one of the best Croatian wines.
