As you descend from the parking lot, you will enter an elegant foyer, an open-concept space that spans two levels. Elevated a few steps, an office with a view makes work feel better than ever. Healthy living is just next door, where a modernly equipped fitness room allows you to keep up your daily routines.

The lower floor is an open space consisting of a posh living room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for twelve.

Villa has 5 double bedrooms which can accommodate ten people, while two more people can be accommodated on a sofa bed. Three bedrooms are located on the west side and two separate units, bedrooms on the east side are perfect for guests or staff.

All bedrooms are spacious, simply decorated in neutral tones, with accentuated artwork. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower, while the master bedroom offers a spacious massage jacuzzi. The mornings here are unforgettable, watching the dolphins play in the sea, while you relax in the jacuzzi.

The stone staircase leads to the sea and the pier. Imagine your own part of the Adriatic coast and the pier with deck chairs where you can relax by soaking up the sun’s rays. Also, here can access boats up to 15 meters.
