GR Villas is your number one place for an exclusive vacation in central Dalmatia, near the small town of Primosten. It is located on the seashore and has access to a private beach. With its 7 villas, swimming pool, bar, and multifunctional event hall, GR villas are the only luxury resort of its kind along the Adriatic coast.

Each of the seven villas is freestanding and features a garage for two automobiles, three or four bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies, a kitchen, dining, and a living room with a terrace, as well as a swimming pool. All rooms overlook the beautiful bay and a panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea. Directly adjoining it are various extra facilities guests may luxuriate in, such as a sauna, a fitness area, or an entertainment-and-socializing area.

Air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area are offered in each unit. The terraces and balconies overlook the sea and come with sun loungers.
