This private property is located in the small village on a private white road situated on a hillside, where the only neighbours are groves of centuries-old olive trees and vineyards that rustle in the wind beneath the terraces.

Originally a nineteenth-century stanzia started as a place for agriculture that evolved into a place for leisure. Today, the estate is completely renovated with every modern luxury in a historically respectful style. It’s almost a thousand square meters of main and guest house can accommodate sixteen guests.
The main house welcomes ten guests through four floors, while the guest house offers additional privacy and peace, with a common living room, 3 bedrooms, terraces and a perfect view of nature. Adjacent to the main house is an outdoor summer kitchen featuring an open fireplace with asado grill, a massive communal table, and a terrace that will make socializing unforgettable.
But the greatest quality of this property is the sense of peace and tranquility it provides to its guests. It is beautiful on a sunny summer afternoon, when there is no wind and the air seems to stand still and the treetops move the shadows on the hot Istrian soil.
