This luxury villa (227m2) located on a rocky cliff above the sea (1 m from the sea), next to the Dubrovnik old town, and only a few minutes’ walk (400 m) for a unique view of the island of Lokrum.

The main part of the villa is the former old chapel of St. Lazarus, built as early as the 13th century, while the remaining part, dates from the 17th and 18th centuries. The residence once belonged to the famous English archaeologist Sir Arthur Evans from 1875 to 1882.

This villa can accommodate 6 people, has 3 luxury bedrooms and 4 bathrooms luxury spread over two floors.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a stylishly decorated living room with a fireplace and a dining room with a large table for 8 people. There are also 2 luxury double bedrooms with private bathrooms, whose elegant and subtle decor reveals the spirit of antiques, their value, and the perfect adaptation to modern design. The meditation room can also be accessed from this floor.

The wooden stairs lead to the first floor of the villa, where the master bedroom is located.  It is equally beautifully and elegantly furnished and equipped with as many as 2 private bathrooms. On this floor, there is a small study room with access to a beautiful terrace.

The villa boasts as many as 5 beautiful terraces, especially the largest, which has a swimming pool equipped with active swimming technology and which offers a beautiful view of the Old Town. In this part of the property, there is also an open summer kitchen and with a seating area.

In front of this unique villa, there is a private beach, which can be reached by stairs, and which guarantees complete relaxation and an intimate experience of the beautiful crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
