About the place

The Villa Art was built in 1612 when Venice exhibited a strong influence on the entire Adriatic area during the Baroque period. Today, it is under the protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. It was first owned by the well-known Stajlia (Stalio) family from Hvar. The Villa, along with the Gothic house and garden, was fully renovated in the period from 2007 to 2009, according to the instructions of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.

Property has an area of 450 m2 across three floors, 5 luxury bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for up to 10 people, and a large open plan living area with a library, fireplace, kitchen, and dining room.

With its majestic windows and the balcony, it commands views of the sea, Pakleni islands and Fortica fortress.
