Villa Beba is a luxurious and historical villa situated outside of Dubrovnik’s city walls, in the most elite residential area. The villa at this unbeatable location features an unobstructed sea view overlooking the island Lokrum, Banje beach, and the beautiful Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Villa Beba is a protected-heritage property in Croatia with an antique origin, and it has been in the same family since 1705. The furnishings and interior are a blend of charming antiques and a stylish modern Mediterranean décor.

This amazing three-floor Villa features multiple terraces with unbeatable views, a heated swimming pool, a fabulous alfresco kitchen, and a dining area, and five king bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. The three-story Villa is superbly designed with multiple terraces, a heated swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen, and a fantastic dining area.
The Villa consists of a ground floor and 2 upper floors. A stone archway leads into a furnished, sea-view loggia (open living room with direct sea view – 16 square meters) flowing into the main living room with a comfortable dining area (approx. 45 square meters), a small toilet, and the fully equipped kitchen with the main terrace (approx. 13 square meters) with views of the Old Town and Lokrum island.
The soothing white surfaces of the open concept area perfectly complement the wonderful art collection, while the kitchen is equipped with chef-grade appliances and rustic countertops.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. They all offer an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are approx. 22,5 square meters large. The third bedroom is 28 square meters with a walk-in closet and a sunset terrace of 12 square meters.

The 2 master bedrooms (36 and 40 square meters) are on the second floor and offer a walk-in closet, a bathtub, and a magnificent view of the sea and the Old Town.

On the main terrace is a swimming pool. The second terrace is 13 square meters large and offers a spectacular view of the Old Town. Here you will find an interesting floor made of sea stones which remained since the villa was built. The upper terrace of 55 square meters has a summer kitchen (including a gas barbecue, ice machine, and refrigerator) with a beautiful gloriette and outdoor dining area, which is the perfect spot to spend time during summer nights.
