Located on top of the hill, overlooking the Adriatic Sea and the central Dalmatian islands, this villa on Hvar island will offer you full privacy.

The 7000 m2 property, surrounded by high walls and Mediterranean vegetation, offers complete privacy and comfort. Designed in a modern style, it can accommodate 16 people in its seven bedrooms.

Entering the property, we come to a beautiful porch. The porch features a large heated pool and a summer kitchen with barbecue facilities.

On the villa’s ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a large sofa (which can be converted into a bed for two persons) and a fully equipped kitchen. The indoor dining room has a large table for 10+ people that will make your socializing special, and a beautiful fireplace will give a homely feeling. Two bedrooms with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom are also located in this area of the villa.

The first floor leads to 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each room has AC and satellite TV. An extra bed for one person can be added to the master bedroom, if necessary.

Villa Hvar has expanded its capacity with an additional separate unit of 50 m2, which offers 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms. It is an ideal unit for those who want more privacy or older children. In each of these bedrooms, the beds can be separated (twin), and an extra third bed is available.

Villa Hvar has two garages suitable for three cars.
