Located only a few steps from the white pebble beach in a small charming place of Prizba on Korcula island, this villa is a brand-new luxury house for up to 8 people. With a spectacular sea view and complete privacy of 1000m², the villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and lounge area perfect for dining during the warm summer evenings. Enjoy dining al fresco in a relaxing ambiance, or in the first morning coffee on the seaside terrace with a lounge area, outdoor furniture, dining table, and barbecue. A private pool and an outside shower are perfectly fitted in front of the villa as well as a sun deck with sunbeds and parasols. Relax in the heated pool and soaking up the Mediterranean sun on the sun deck accompanied by a good book, or a glass of famous local wine from the island of Korcula. In the small building beside the pool, there is also a small gym with a Finish sauna.

Entering the villa, you came directly to the ground floor where is a spacious living area with Sat flat Tv, angle sofa, and armchairs. In this part of the living area, there is also a dining room with a dining table and chairs for 8, as well as a fully equipped open concept modern kitchen. On this floor, there is one bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine.

Indoor stairs lead you on the upper floor with 4 double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and Sat flat TV. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms each with a balcony and sea view. Another 2 double bedrooms with sea view are on the second floor.
