Luxury and modern Villa LR is situated in a peaceful location in the natural reserve Lim Bay, which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of Istria. The location near the crystal Adriatic Sea and amazing view allow relaxing and enjoying.

It spans a 3800 m2 property, which is good for a variety of outdoor activities. This luxury villa is arranged over two floors with an open-concept living and dining area on the ground floor and 5 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.

The ground floor will delight you with Spa center incorporating the indoor pool with Jacuzzi, sauna and shower, gym, children’s playroom, a room to relax with TV and biliary. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 10. On this floor of the villa, everyone will find a corner to their liking.

A beautiful stair leads to the first floor, where are 5 en-suite bedrooms. The four bedrooms contain double beds, and one bedroom contains two single beds that can be connected. Fully equipped bedrooms containing a television, an en-suite bathroom with a shower or bath, and a private terrace overlooking the sea.

The yard of the villa offers a swimming pool and private access to the sea. Sitting in the yard in front of the pool on one of the sun loungers overlooking the amazing bay is a pleasure that you will not forget. The outdoor dining area allows you to enjoy al fresco dining and barbecue. Summer evenings at the villa make it even more magical because of the warm atmosphere and amazing sunsets that it creates.
