Villa Maris is available for rent as a detached villa providing accommodation for 10 guests. Together with the neighboring villa Helios, villa Maris forms a modern complex which offers accommodation for a total of 20 guests. The villas are therefore the perfect choice for large groups and families who want to spend their holidays in a luxurious environment. A stone wall separates villa Maris from villa Helios, ensuring enough privacy if different groups of guests are staying at the villa simultaneously.

This luxury villa featuring five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned and equipped with additional facilities such as a TV, bedside table and work desk.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and modern living room with sofa bed and LCD TV that connects to the spacious terrace. On the spacious terrace overlooking the sea there is a heated infinity pool, deck chairs, dining area with barbecue. Villa’s well-equipped and air-conditioned gym is located on the upper floor and has a cross trainer, bicycle, yoga ball and yoga mats.
