The villa is situated in the historic house and inscribed on the list of preventively protected monuments as the object of exceptional architectural value built between the two World Wars – in the year 1938.

Furnished in an eclectic style, mixing modern with contemporary design and furniture pieces by famous international and acclaimed Croatian designers, Villa Pauli is not just a place to stay.

The spacious ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy dining area, a sunny living room, and a beautiful salon equipped with two single beds. There is also one separate toilet for guests.

The remaining 5 bedrooms, equipped with double beds are located on the upper floor of the villa, alongside the bathrooms with underfloor heating. Four bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, while the other three feature gorgeous bathtubs that are work of art themselves, contributing to the luxurious look of the interior.
