About the place

Built back in the 15th century as the summer residence of Dubrovnik’s aristocrats, the villa is a real paradise for relaxing and comfort. It a wonderful example of Dubrovnik Renaissance architecture and protected Croatian National Heritage. Only a few minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik’s old town, located in a quiet bay with beautiful beaches and nice local restaurants.

It’s an ideal destination for groups of friends or bigger families who are intent on spending their time in a peaceful environment overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. Spread over three floors with its six apartments and bedrooms. With stone walls, modern design, and unique architectural details, this space ooze both contemporary comfort and meditative harmony.

On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms with bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, living room, bar, and two guest toilets.

The first floor is reserved for four luxury suites each with a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom, and one double bedroom on the gallery. Rooms are equipped with a TV, SONOS sound system, safety box, and minibar. All apartments have access to terraces with garden furniture from where you have a nice view of the entire bay.
