Situated in the Croatian village of Vitaljina, this magnificent villa is located in a late 16th-century farmhouse. The house has been completely renovated, but the exterior has been left in an authentic form. Natural materials, stone, and wood dominate throughout the house.

Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, the property contains a swimming pool, terrace with a barbecue, and playground.  It is ideal for those seeking peace, privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere. The pleasant climate, clean air, walks by ancient vineyards, and olive groves with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea are just some of the reasons to spend your vacation here.

Villa consists of two levels. The upper floor offers a living and sleeping area with four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a massage shower, and the other with a Jacuzzi bathtub. On this floor, there are two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and terrace.

On the lower floor, there is a game room (with a pool table, dartboard, and table football) and an old tavern with an open fireplace/barbecue.  The large wooden table can seat 16 people in the traditional tavern that was originally a mill for olive oil production.  On this floor, there is also an extra toilet with the washing machine.

In the yard, there is a big swimming pool with a sun deck area and an outdoor shower. Enjoy hot summer days laying on the loungers, or refreshing in the pool, while kids can play on the nearby playground.
