Luxury villa Soul is located in a remote suburb of Vitarnja, between Jelsa and the small fishing village of Vrboska. The quiet environment near the sea road offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea and the nearby Split waters. This cozy hideaway oozes tranquility and cosmopolitan luxury, offering a wondrous sense of seclusion while still maintaining a direct line of communication with the hustle and bustle of downtown.

The villa includes six bedrooms with private bathrooms, a guest toilet, an open concept living area with an equipped kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool, and a dining area with BBQ facilities.

In the swimming pool area of 17m2 and a terrace, you will be able to relax and enjoy the taste of the sea without lowering to the beach. Heating is available during the off-season with a constant temperature of 22 degrees, making this area available to you in spring and autumn. You can also enjoy a total relaxation time in all weather conditions in the sauna and jacuzzi.

The entrance and garage are covered with crystal stone with strong and positive energy fields, offering a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. A secluded rocky beach below the house, hidden in the shadows of oak trees, is available for you to enjoy complete privacy while soaking up the sun, enjoying the summer breeze, and the sound of the waves. There is also a small bay with crystal clear seawater offering an easier entrance to children’s water.
