This beautiful villa is located just 15 km from Dubrovnik’s old town, above the Adriatic Sea, on a 1,200 square meter plot, with a swimming pool and private entrance to the sea.

Thanks to the position it provides guests complete privacy and peace. It has a modern interior with design details and spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.

The villa is spread over 700 square meters of living space and consists of three floors interconnected by a staircase and an elevator. The six bedrooms located in the main house feature an en-suite bathroom, TV, air-conditioning and views of the Adriatic sea. The two studio apartments in the guest house feature king size beds, bathroom, kitchenette and a private lounge.

A spacious living room with two sofas located across from the glass walls emphasizes the openness of the whole space and provides a spectacular view on the ground floor. In the living room, there is a modern dining room fully equipped with the most modern appliances. There is also a library and a bar created for relaxation.

On the first floor, which can be reached by external stairs, there are two large bedrooms with private bathrooms overlooking the sea. On the top floor, there are three more bedrooms with bathrooms.

The terrace is adorned with a large swimming pool. To the right is a gazebo with a dining table for 12 people connected to the beach by stairs. There is also a jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna for complete relaxation, while children can enjoy the playrooms on the playground. Villa also features a private berth so you can reach the villa by boat.
