With its 300 m2, it spreads over two floors, the ground floor, and the first floor. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people.

Upon entering the property, we arrive at a stone terrace intended for outdoor dining, from where are a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby Lokrum island. The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where there is also a swimming pool.

From the terrace, we enter the ground floor of the villa where there is a spacious living room dominated by art objects. A spacious fully furnished kitchen with a wine bar, a dining table for 8 people, and an indoor fireplace will make your socializing magic.
